Homeschool Strategy Session
$150
For parents who know something isn’t working but don’t know where to start. It’s also the best first step if you’re not sure which package fits.
What’s included:
A short questionnaire (about 10 minutes), which I review before we meet
A 60-minute one-on-one Zoom call
Three to five personalized next steps
A written summary with recommended resources within two business days
Up to 2 follow-up emails within 7 days
A 30-minute follow-up call is available for $55

Quarterly Check-ins

For families who want an outside look at how homeschooling is going at the end of a particular quarter. It’s a good time to pause and adjust before small frustrations become big ones and a great thing to do right before the holidays.
What’s included:
A short questionnaire and a sample weekly schedule, which I review before we meet
A 60-minute one-on-one Zoom call
A written summary of what’s working, what isn’t, and what to adjust
An action plan for the next quarter
PDF of any new schedule or other visual aids
A30-minute follow-up call is available for $55
Transitioning to Homeschool Roadmap
$325/$675
New to homeschooling? Start with a plan.
Whether you’ve just pulled your child from school or are still deciding, I’ll help you map out your first weeks with a personalized roadmap, from state requirements to a simple starter routine.
Two options:
Jumpstart: For families who are new to homeschooling or about to begin, and want a clear plan before they dive in.
The First 90 Days: For families who want support through the whole adjustment, not just the beginning. We’ll build your plan, then check in and adjust as you go.
Transitioning to Homeschooling Roadmap
Don’t try and figure things out on your own. Let’s work together to make this transition a success.

For families who are new to homeschooling or about to begin, and want a clear plan before they dive in.
What’s included:
A short questionnaire about your family and your reasons for homeschooling, which I review before we meet
A 60-minute one-on-one Zoom call
A written Transition Roadmap with a 30-day plan: your state’s requirements in plain English (with a link to the official source), help finding the homeschool style that fits, a plan for easing out of the school mindset, a simple starter routine, and a starter list of curriculum and tools
A follow-up email

For families who want support through the whole adjustment, not just the beginning. We’ll build your plan, then check in as you go.
What’s included:
Everything in the Transition Jumpstart, with a 75-minute intake call
A 45-minute check-in at week 4 to see what’s working and what we need to adjust
A 45-minute review at week 12, with a plan for what comes next
Email support (up to six total) between sessions
MONTHLY COACHING
For families who want ongoing support; someone to check in and troubleshoot with, and who can keep things moving when real life gets in the way. It’s a natural next step after a Strategy Session.
How it works:
Your first month begins with a Homeschool Strategy Session, including a short questionnaire I review before we meet, a 60-minute Zoom call, and a written summary with your first next steps
Two 30-minute one-on-one calls each month
Email support between calls, up to six emails per month, with a two-business-day response
A brief recap after each month so you can see your progress and what’s next
Investment:
Your first month is $400, which includes a Homeschool Strategy Session to get us started.
Each month after that is $275, with a three-month minimum.
From now until January 1st 2027: If you’ve completed a Homeschool Strategy Session within seven days of booking your first month of coaching, your $97 investment will be deducted from your first month of coaching, making it $303.
Homeschooling a Child with Learning Differences?
Learning Differences and Home Support Consultation
Investment: $425
Who it’s for: Families who have a diagnosis or an IEP or 504 plan from a previous school, as well as families who suspect their child learns differently and want a place to start.
How it works:
A questionnaire about your child’s strengths, challenges, and current supports, plus any records you’d like to share (such as evaluations, an IEP, or a 504 plan), which I review before we meet
A 90-minute one-on-one Zoom call
A written support plan with practical strategies for things like attention, organization, getting started on tasks, and working independently
Any PDFs of visual schedules or aids deemed beneficial
Recommended services and resources, and questions to bring to qualified specialists
One follow-up 30 minute zoom check-in 2 weeks later
Ongoing Support: If you’d like help putting the plan into practice, Monthly Coaching can include a focus on learning supports.
My services are strictly coaching and educational. They are not clinical counseling, therapy, or special education evaluation or diagnosis, and they do not replace special education services.

Parent Reset Session: $95
For the homeschool parent who is carrying everything and could use a clear head and a plan.
What’s included:
A brief check-in form (5 to 8 minutes), which I review before we meet
A 45 minute one-on-one Zoom call
One or two realistic changes to make this week
A short written recap with additional resources as needed
What we’ll talk about: your workload, your boundaries, what’s draining you, what you can let go of, and where you could use more support.
Coaching sessions focus on planning, workload, and sustainability. They are not therapy. If something comes up that would be better supported elsewhere, I’ll help you find the right resource.
